Current project

CALLIDUS - Computer-aided Language Learning:Vocabulary Acquisition in Latin using Corpus-based Methods

  • CALLIDUS is an interdisciplinary research project investigating new methods of enhansing the acquisition of Latin vocabulary with a specific focus on blended learning. The project tests the applicability and efficiency of  corpus-based methods in real teaching environments. Based on didactic and psycholinguistic considerations, the project develops a software that uses linguistic research tools for creating corpus-based vocabulary exercises.
